Production Supervisor (Machine) Post Date: 06 Jul 10
Qualifications :-
Bachelors Degree in Engineer, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
Knowledge in CNC and grinding machine function.
Responsibility :-
Q Daily review of TLR and line QRQC to ensure action plan implementation or escalation to APU level
Leads APZ (Zone) quality improvement plan and weekly follow-up (ppm meeting )based on TLR /
non quality cost analysis.
Cooperates with APU Mgr (Production Mgr) on customer claims solving (line return/ warantty)
based on APU QRQC
C Daily review of KOSU index , OT, line observation of production process to detect non respect
of standards, risks and mudas (7 wastes).
Performs OJT based on observations.
Leads Kaizen activities on APZ (SMED, Hoshin, autoquality , 5S, one pcs flow, pull flow, rework elimination, product respect) based on suggestions for improvement.
Leads APZ cost improvement plan and weekly follow-up (action plan review) based on muda detection / value stream analysis.
D Cooperate on production scheduling (sequencer meeting, QRDC, Change model plan...)
Daily review of inventory (line & end of line) with target to reduce cost
Leads TPM improvement plan and weekly follow-up (TPM meeting ) based on 5 why analysis for key M/C break downs or preventive maintenance.
M Ensures full implementation and continuous improvement of standards in APZ (safety, ergonomics, environment, quality, cost and delivery) based on training supported by PE, QASv, VPS. (Valeo Production Systems)
In case a detected problem in safety, quality, cost or delivery cannot be solved by the APT, assigns and checks containment and corrective actions with APU support functions.
Leads 5 min & monthly meetings
Develops flexibility and multi-skills of operators
Performs annual appraisal interviews and salary reviews.
Leads Full Day Production Run activities on the line

Manager On-Site Operation
Scope of jobs :-
To organize and control Operation on the customer site (Logistic & Distribution Center, Customer Service, and Operation Information System) strategy, as well as to manage full Human Capacity utilization of Operation team so as to lead up the target.
Basic qualifications :-
Male, 30 years old and above.
Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
Strong leadership, communication with management skill.
Good command in English and computer literate (MS Office)
Experience in managing Production Process / or related to Packing and Logistics Operation
Experience in Distribution Center and shuttle transportation and associated activities.
Experience in SAP system as a user, preferably in the field of Logistics
Enthusiastic with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Mature with a practical nature and leadership qualities.
Good team player as well as able to work independently
Perform well under pressure in a dynamic, target oriented and challenging environment
Able to work at Maptaphut or Pluak-daeng, Rayong Province.
